Career Experience

Mr. Forrest joined Papazian Heisey Myers as a founding partner in July, 2001. Prior to that, he practiced at a Toronto firm. Mr. Forrest is one of three of the founding partners of Papazian Heisey Myers that have practiced together since 1986.

Mr. Forrest currently specializes in litigation with emphasis on professional liability defence, insurance, commercial, construction and employment related litigation. He has had considerable litigation experience before the Ontario courts and has acted as counsel on many successful mediations.

Mr. Forrest is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association. He has given numerous seminars for clients and related professional associations on a variety of litigation related topics.
