Career Experience

Justin completed his Articles of Clerkship with Papazian Heisey Myers, and remained with the firm as an associate lawyer following his call to the bar in 2011.

Justin's practice focuses primarily on municipal liability, insurance defence  and commercial litigation.

Justin has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on numerous motions and hearings, and has conducted mediations in front of the Ontario Labour Relations Board.  Justin has negotiated favourable settlements for his clients in the areas of wrongful dismissal and commercial litigation.
